The service
Axolo lets product teams design screens and clickable prototypes with their own design system, in the Axolo app or from Claude through the Axolo connector. The service is currently offered as a beta: features may change, and it is provided without a guarantee of availability.
Your account
You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details confidential. You are responsible for what is done with your account, including by the apps you authorize, such as Claude.
Your content
You keep all rights to your projects, screens and design systems. You grant A.MORVAN only the rights needed to host, process and display them to provide the service. You confirm that you are allowed to import the design systems and content you add to Axolo.
Acceptable use
Do not use Axolo to store or produce unlawful content, to access data that is not yours, to bypass its security or rate limits, or to disrupt the service.
Third-party services
When you use Axolo from Claude, Anthropic's terms also apply to your use of Claude. A.MORVAN is not responsible for third-party services.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, A.MORVAN is not liable for indirect damages, and its total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the past 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits the rights a consumer has under the law.
Ending
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, after notice except in urgent cases. Your content is then deleted as described in the app privacy policy.
Changes and governing law
We will announce material changes in the app before they apply. These terms are governed by French law; failing an amicable settlement, the French courts have jurisdiction. A consumer may use a consumer mediator free of charge.
